We really enjoyed our stay here! The view was exactly what we expected. I saw many complaints about the elevators and we honestly didn’t have any issues with them. The only real complaint isn’t about the condo at all, but all the spring break kids that covered the streets and beach. Overall nice stay & loved the beach.

Great Condo / View

Beautiful view and location in Panama City. Beaches are fantastic. Only challenge is parking and availability of elevators.

Breathtaking View!

Overall, loved the place. Plenty of room, and very safe (guards at every entrance. Staff was friendly, and beach was wonderful! The resort is a little old compared to others, but the view made up for it! I think the owner's fees were a bit high. Will probably book directly through resort next time.

Family Beach Vacation

Great place to stay in PCB! Views were amazing! Everything that you need. Walmart and instacart can deliver to your door. 30 minutes from the airport. Has an on-site donut and coffee shop that serves ice cream all day. Also has a to-go pool side restaurant that has great food and drinks. You really don't have to leave. Pool was realy cool for the kids. The condo was beautiful and clean. Very comfy for our family of 6. Management company was very easy to work with. Beautiful place to stay in PCB!

Very pleased!

Overall a wonderful stay! Location was great… it was walking distance to many things if needed. View was phenomenal. Room was clean and ready by check-in. What few times I reached out to the company, they responded within 24hrs. Pool area was perfect for kids…. The beach was only a few steps from the pool. The only downfall was the elevators, there were only 2 elevators and half of the time, only one elevator would be working. There’s also a lot of construction going on right now which didn’t bother us at the time because it wasn’t near our room…. But overall, we really enjoyed our time here:

Noisy, crowded, limited elevator,

Nice scenery but Mattresses not comfortable & my bed sqeeked tooooo muchhhh, my master bedroom door wouldn’t lock for privacy with my husband , and I hate the 1 elevator, extremely noisy property not recommended for my intimate family. Best for teenagers and college students But kitchen was nice, scenery nice,view was nice, property well furnished.

Host was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We noticed a kitchen drawer was damaged when we arrived and it was repaired the next day! We had two families totaling 8, w/ kids from 13-17. Condo is basically as listed. Clean. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, cups, and plates, etc. Beds were comfy. TVs worked and sofas are comfy. They are not sleepers but there is a roll away bed. The balcony view made up for any issues we may have had with the unit or the complex. Elevators can be a little difficult as it is a high rise with many units. Parking deck is tight but see above. Building is under construction but it did not affect us and good for them. I gave them four stars on a couple of questions based on the above and then the unit has some chipped tile, one bath fan is on it’s way out( jet engine), shower curtain instead of glass but frame for glass still present, All in all exactly what we needed and what we thought we were getting. Everyone had a blast and nothing came up that was either not worth addressing or addressed immediately if we contacted host. Would absolutely stay here again or book another property through host.

The place was as beautiful as the pictures show and bedrooms were great. Bathrooms are huge!! Parking spot reserved specifically for this condo is super close, which made everything so much easier. Large kitchen, we made meals in. Living room furniture was large and comfy, which may be silly but was a requirement for me when renting! Beach is right there and they have a ton of things for the beach in the condo! My kids range from 13 to 4 years old and all of them loved the pool. Everything we needed was right there for us. I don’t always leave reviews but wanted to for this rental because we absolutely loved it!

Reviewer Comments: The room was great, the condo was excellent for a small family, and the management company was probably the most responsive I have ever experienced. The major down side... being on the 22nd floor had huge drawback with the elevators. The entire week they were randomly out of service and one elevator was being used to haul construction material for the roof most of the week. This left us with one elevator that was not always operational. Second, the entire complex was so large that it was the most crowded beach experience I have ever had in my entire life. The young kids getting out of control, weed smoke, the ambulance hauling off people that were passed out from non stop partying. My wife and I are exploring up and down the gulf to buy a condo, but I can tell you this completely turned me off. Sticking with 30A from hear on out.

Great Condo if you can get to it.

All was awesome but the constant fight to get an elevator was a huge negative. The best case is to rent a condo on the same floor as your parking spot, floors 1-12.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great views from this Penthouse. The interior could use some renovations: the drawers under the sink in the master bathroom are flaking, the dishwasher broke during my stay. It also would be nice to have a dining table. The way the living room is set up makes it very cumbersome to get to the patio as you have to walk all the way around. Items in the cabinet next to the fridge makes for some contortions to reach it's contents.

Beautiful 22nd floor views!

Pros: unbeatable views, very quiet unit, z reserved parking space on 6th floor of garage, top notch onsite amenities Cons: Dishwasher didn’t work, rusty master shower, and a finicky deadbolt that will leave your condo unlocked if you’re not careful. Comments: Beach equipment would have been an added touch :) chairs, wagon, et… We left a couple sand toys and a puddle jumper for next guests.
