Comfortably sleeps up to 8, in two king-sized beds, a set of built in bunk beds for the kids, and a queen sleeper sofa.

A 2-3 night minimum stay is required. No Pets, No Smoking inside unit.

The dining area has an elegant table with 6 chairs and additional seating at the bar. There is a sliding glass door from the dining area to the balcony. The well equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Pots and pans, dishes, flatware, drink ware, etc. are included with the rental. Best of all, you have an amazing view of the beach while you're on "kitchen duty."

The Coastal Breeze Main Suite has a king-sized bed with a private en-suite bathroom. You'll love the beautiful coastal vibe and the luxury high thread count sheets, fluffy pillows and soft thirsty towels. It's like sleeping on a cloud. Enjoy your own TV. Step into the dressing area with double sinks, high end cabinetry and granite counter tops. There's a large closet for storage, too. The garden tub and shower combo and toilet are located in a private area and is a relaxing oasis.

The Caribbean Nights second bedroom also has a king-sized bed with adjoining bath that is shared with the great room. The second bathroom has a modern tiled shower, high end cabinetry and granite counter top. The bedroom has it's own wall mounted TV, too. Luxury linens are provided with your rental. So relaxing!

The full sized washer and dryer are adjacent to the second bathroom. An iron and ironing board are included in case you need to spruce up your outfits before you go out for the evening!

The kids will LOVE the Crew's Quarters bunk room with built in twin over twin bunk beds. These bright red bunks were built in especially for the kiddos. It's a fun space made just for them. This small room has its own door, too. Bunk beds are for use by kids under 100 lbs. only, please.

Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

The kids splash pad is available free of charge as well. Each Tower and Leeward/Windward has its own private beachfront pool with various hot tubs scattered about the Tower side. The Villas have pools, too.
