OCEAN VIEW & OCEANFRONT - Fun N the Sun is a cozy one-bedroom condo, with a queen-size-bed, and looks over the beautiful white sand and blue waters of the ocean, plus the most amazing sunsets you`ll ever see. After a day in the sun enjoying the pristine, private beach, take a refreshing dip in one of the three Gulf-front pools (including a seasonally-heated pool), then play a game of tennis, racquetball or shuffleboard.

Things to Note:
- The primary renter must be 25+ and staying at the condo for the duration of the booking.
- Guest and vehicle registration is completed and paid for through a link sent ~1 week prior to checking in. Guests can get up to 1 parking pass ($35) and 4 wristbands ($6/each). These prices are NOT included in the booking price. - There`s not a washer & dryer in the condo; however there is a paid laundromat on the 1st floor.
- There is not a washer & dryer in the condo. A laundromat on the 1st floor.
- The following are prohibited: smoking/vaping, pets, parties/events, unregistered guests, excessive noise, throwing/hanging/dropping items from balconies, climbing/sitting on balcony railings, golf carts, Slingshots, scooters, ATVs, trailers, boats, RVs, commercial vehicles, and any activity in violation of Sunbird HOA rules.
- All common areas and amenities like the pool, gym, front desk, etc. are managed by Sunbird Resort. We do not have control over the working conditions of equipment, maintenance, or availability.
- All amenities, restaurants, etc. are subject to seasonal operation.
- The primary renter must be 21+ and staying at the condo for the duration of the booking.
- The following are prohibited: smoking/vaping, pets, parties/events, unregistered guests, excessive noise, throwing/hanging/dropping items from balconies, climbing/sitting on balcony railings, golf carts, Slingshots, scooters, ATVs, trailers, boats, RVs, commercial vehicles, and any activity in violation of Sunbird HOA rules.
