The unit was very clean and comfortable. We had enough room for everyone in our group. The beds slept good the only thing was the low to the floor toilets and the glass door in the master bedroom needs replaced. Other than that we had a fantastic week.

Property is clean and as advertised. Furniture is showing wear and tear but well equipped for our large group. Plenty of kitchen utensils for cooking and eating in. All of the staff we encountered were courteous and helpful. This was our 2nd stay in this condo and we will stay here again.

Too many hands in the honey pot

From my family to the next. We are local condo renters of PCB 3-4 times a year from springs to summers & ball tournaments for 35 yrs. From sons to daughters we are all are nurses and as military servers. Now with grand kids we all still meet at PCB for R&R. The condo is in perfect location away from traffic but near everything. Standard kitchen necessity ok, loose handles and missing light bulbs requested but not fixed. 2 king beds-comfy, queen beds-not comfy at all back breakers. Bunks-kids knows no difference. Antique furnitures-needs upgrade for the high price rental 4G's. Its not the daily rental that robs you, its all the BS fees. The management sucks, too many 3rd party. Between Emerald Coast Destination, BRVO and the so called Host Jonathan. The miscommunication about availability, "it's available to not available" from one greed to the next. Request unfulfilled to extend a day due to military leave. Over all, the unit serves its purpose. The rest is up to you.

We love this place

This trip we stayed in 1711 and loved it. Most don’t offer 4 bedrooms and our family is big so we loved the room. As pictured super clean and great view. Highly recommend this place.

Can't Go Wrong with Boardwalk 1711

Everything was as stated, beautiful views, huge balcony, clean pools/spas, visible Security...The whole trip came off perfectly...We hope to grab this unit next year!

Boardwalk

We love staying at Boardwalk. It is close to all of our favorite activities and food. The condo was as it said in the description. There is some wear to the condo and furniture but we spent most of our time at the beach. The door sometimes was tricky to lock when we went out. There were chairs and sand toys to use that were great.

Family Celebration

This was a special celebration for my eldest daughter’s birthday who will be having reconstructive surgery in early June. The condo and facilities were immaculate and the views and beach beautiful! Our only disappointment was with the pool and its strict rules of no jumping, diving, playing with balls, etc. The rules are fine for elderly or people who just want to sit and for small children who cannot swim but remove all fun for others.

Beautiful condo

The condo was amazing. Huge, clean and comfortable. Easy check in and good communication with the property management team. It would be nice if vrbo listed amenities included like toilet paper, laundry detergent, beach towels etc. There was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, no extra garbage bags or coffee filters. It was fine we went to walmart and got a bunch of groceries but be prepared to buy a few of the necessities like hand soap, tp, coffee and coffee filters. Im only mentioning these things as it is helpful to know ahead of time. We would stay in this condo again if we come back to panama city. The view from the huge balcony is stunning.

We had a great time and the condo was very nice When checking in we had a mini fridge because the house fridge was broken. That did not get foxed until the end of our stay With a family of 9 it was a little difficult with a small refrigerator
