We were pleasantly pleased by the beautiful interior, and proximity to shopping and extracurricular activities. Most everything we needed and wanted were within walking distance. Beds we’re comfortable, outdoor balcony was perfect to have our meals.
There were a couple negatives about the communication although not from the homeowner. (We think). After booking, I received notice on the rules and regulations and fees for any and all mishaps if there should be. So I purchased the insurance. Then right before our trip, ( one week out) we were informed about the Condo construction/work being done, like pool and spa closures, parking lot areas to be closed, noise, etc. I asked for a discount and was denied because it’s not the fault of the Management Company that things were closed or being worked on. The one thing that really bothered me was the two-three notices again close to leaving, for the fees of missing/damaged bracelets, damage, cleanliness, missing or broken items. I was so on edge trying to keep track of everything. I counted plates, bowls, cups, bracelet, towels. Odd numbers so I reported this to management so I would be charged for these.
But, I will say again. The unit was beautiful, great location.
