Our visit started with a slight problem at check-in that was quickly fixed. The room was very clean and stylish. The staff were efficient. Breakfast was nice with a very good variety. Our only dislike was that we did not have a double bed but two single beds made up and just pushed together. Otherwise a very good visit

This is a medium range hotel situated in a small town. There is no luxury but everything works properly. I was upgraded to a junior suite (104), very comfortable. TV has many international channels. The gym on 1st floor is modern and well equipped. Room service offers good quality food. Breakfast however is very basic and could be better. The local restaurant on ground floor has no lunch available before 3 p.m., but there is a good restaurant just across the street. The hotel parking is on the other side of the street, but you can stop your car in front of the hotel to unload your luggage and do the check-in for a few minutes, and then park your car after that. The staff is very friendly and efficient. If I return one day to Pamplona, I would not mind to sleep at this hotel again.

Recently stayed for three nights at this hotel. The service was quite attentive and nice. Bedrooms were fine, with comfortable beds and pillows. Reliable easy to work cable TV with a myriad of international channels in addition to decent (not great) internet speed. Only downside was that walls are PAPER THIN - my next door neighbor snored in a high pitch manner all night and despite “banging on my wall” to get his attention...I simply couldn’t get a good night’s sleep.

Well designed. We had 2 independent bedrooms. Very clean. Closed parking available. Numerous stores and restaurants at walking distance. Very inexpensive for the quality compared to what you would pay in France or in the US for the same level.

Had a good stay here during the Festival of San Fermin. It’s located away from the nonstop partying and noises in the old city section, but not too far away that I couldn’t walk to on foot. It took about 20-25 minutes to get to Plaza del Castillo and all the festivities. They also had a shuttle service to the event, which I thought that was a nice touch. When we wanted to take a break, there were also two supermarkets and several restaurants nearby to check out.   The hotel is not too far from the Renfe Pamplona/Pamplona-Iruña train station too. About a 30 minute walk according to Google Maps. Not too bad, right? However, it didn’t say that I had to walk up a steep hill. So, if you have any bags or suitcases to lug around I strongly suggest taking a taxi instead. I don’t remember the exact cost, but it was fairly inexpensive.   The hotel lobby was small, but functional. The front staff was courteous and got us checked in quickly. Their English ability was pretty good too… gave us all sorts of useful directions and pointers for the festival.   The room had a nice modern design to it but it too was on the small side, but that’s normal in terms of European standards. The window looked out into the inner central area of the building, so there wasn’t much to look at. The twin beds were soft and comfy and had no complaints about that. The bathroom color scheme then takes an odd turn from the reddish-brown wood panel floor of the bedroom to a dark green marble floor and floor combo. Design aside, it was spacious enough that I could spread out my stuff and clothes in there to change.   One criticism, albeit small, I have about the room was that there was a lack of wall sockets. There was one by the bed and one under desk which was occupied by the TV and lamp. Every time I wanted to sit at the desk to watch the TV and use my cell phone while charging it I had to bend under the desk. So that was a bit cumbersome. I could have just sit on the bed and use my phone there, but I’m one of those that don’t like sitting on the bed all the time.   Other than that everything was good. It was a tad pricey, but I can’t fault them as I went during their biggest event of the year and every lodging accommodations in the area were either sold out or charging just as much, if not even more.

Overall very nice. friendly staff. Convenient to the University of Navarra. Good location for a several km hike that will allow you to cover the old town & all the sights, which you can complete in an afternoon. The room was fine, small TV with few Englîsh channels. Nice breakfast, but soft beds could be a problem. Modern, open stairways could have used a bit more light, but I understand the light was dim for ambience. No in-room coffee but manager made us some before the restaurant opened. Also a couple of good restaurants nearby, so very convenient. Good price, clean, nice business facilities.

The hotel was clean, modern and a quick 7 min bus ride away (and bus stop is in front of the hotel...very easy!!) from the heart of Pamplona. We stayed there for the running of the bulls in July and it worked out perfectly. We were with kids so we didn't want to be in the middle of all the action. The room was nothing exciting- clean and no frills and not fancy. We were out pretty much the whole day so we didn't spend too much time in our room. The neighborhood is quiet and has a nice park right in front of the hotel and there were a few restaurants surrounding the hotel- just make sure you go there early enough! My only problem was the hotel restaurant...what a complete and utter disappointment! I have had very poor experiences at hotel restaurants, but we were traveling with our children, got back super late and restaurants in the area were not open so we didn't have many options. The staff in the restaurant were not very friendly...I had to get the attention of a server to take our order and then he took the order and we waited an additional 45 minutes to get COLD food (completely uncooked hot dog, cold spaghetti, cold french fries, cold cheeseburger). I returned the food because it was inedible and then they just microwaved disgusting. The server smelled so badly, the cook was rude (I could hear her get upset from where I was sitting) and it was a very unpleasant situation to say the least. After a long day all we wanted to do was eat and go to bed, but instead we went to bed hungry and upset after waiting so long for our order. I complained to the front desk and they were very apologetic and gave us all complimentary breakfast buffett the following day and didn't charge us for the meal we never ate which was very much appreciated. The front desk staff really came through for us in helping us with that issue and also providing directions and making us feel welcome. I would definitely stay there again but make sure to stay away from that restaurant unless it's for a quick drink!

Had to have a prolonged stay at this hotel as our motor home needed repairs. The staff here are so helpfull, especially Bea who has been so usefull in ringing the Fiat dealer for us along with suggesting a place where we could get a hair cut. At first we thought that it was a long walk to the Old Town from the hotel but once we looked at the shortcuts we did it very quickly. Head across the park which goes around the ciudela, and head towards the glass fronted bus station. Tip - on the corner of Iturrama (street) where the hotel is and Avenida de Pio XII there are a lot of restaurants and bars where students hang out, they offer cheap deals.

I had to visit the University of Navarra and this hotel was recommended. It is close by, good value for money and is comfortable. Service is polite, the rooms are ok for a business visit and the wifi works well. It is a 20 minute walk to the older part of town, so if you are visiting Pamplona for touristy reasons then there are probably closer hotels to look at which are down and in among the action.

Good value in easily accessible location. Staff were friendly, breakfast was ok. Typical AC style furnishings so glass partitions to showers and toilets might be a surprise to non-regulars. Parking was available in front of hotel.
