Our room had no ac and the hot water didn’t work was the maintenance guy was a joke carpet had red stain in front of the couch. When ask front desk about the problems… she laughed at me about hot water and told me to run the water for an hour or two. Air conditioning was told maintenance would be down. Well the maintenance room was literally across my room. As the wife and I came and gone to smoke multiple times waiting on the hot water to warm. The maintenance guy sat there on his phone and watched us leave a dozen times then waited after we left to pack car to leave he told the front desk he had no answer and wasn’t entering because of the dog. Which I confronted him and told him if he wasn’t on his phone at his desk, he would’ve noticed us coming and going or More like waited for us to leave to not deal with the problem at hand.

Staff at the front desk were very welcoming. Had a great overall stay only complaint is there was hair in the tub when we arrived to our room. I traveled with children and was prepared with my own cleaning supplies.

Leaves a lot to be desired.

I’ll start by saying…your options while staying in Pampa are…not great and this hotel still seems to be the best option. With that being said, the cleanliness is seriously lacking. I’ve stayed here numerous times and will likely have to do so again. I recommend looking over your bath towels before drying off. This is what mine looked like.
