Just traffic noise fm being on a main road, but skip bin shouldn't be near the front of property makes it feel grotty and some fencing needs fixed and tidied around the back would improve things.

I liked the really helpful and friendly staff. Very sincere and efficient check in. Loved that they had Netflix, which was awesome. Also the location is really close to the parks and centre of town. Not a lot of road noise either. There are some things that they could do to elevate the room as there are things that they could do to improve things. Also Wotif really mucked up the booking. I would recommend you call and book with the hotel directly.

Shame this place has gone down hill.

This place has gone downhill ,sorry, have stayed so many times over the years and was our home away from home, but now seems to be a little run down, rooms had mound in the bathroom and black mound in the tiles, it's a shame as it is quiet location and has good sized rooms. in a friend's room the fire alarm had tape over it , so dont know if it would work in a fire. not a cheap place to stay and dont mind paying but this wasn't the place it once was..
