Amazing place to stay

The propertywas amazing. Clean and comfortable. We had some issues getting heat going but once we did we it was so comfortable.

The stay here was good. I could have been elevated by the owner supplying swimming towels, cushions for the sunbeds, a large pool umbrella and lighting in the pool.Pool cleaning net was in very poor condition.Nuno and Bruno (agents) did communicate well and Nuno always there to support if we needed anything.

Good Villa in the Palmela Area

The size of the villa is impressive, with lots of space and amenities. It was generally well stocked. The beds were super uncomfortable unfortunately, and we ended up having to buy a mattress topper to make the bed in the main bedroom tolerable. The pool wasn't cleaned whilst we were there, and is in need of more regular servicing. The power also went out on us on our first day, leaving us with no water and no electricity. This could have been avoided easily by removing the defective toaster, which caused the issue, from the property. And the gate never worked, so we had to get out each time and manually open/close it (not the worst thing in the world, but there was an automatic option, but it just hadn't been fixed). Also, there were no fans - and one of the radiators was on in September! Overall, a bit disappointed with the accommodation and the location. Needs improving.

Gostamos tudo. Adoramos a casa e proteção da piscina. Gastei a mobília e adorei a coisinha. Boa ideia criar o quarto com brinquedos. Os meus filhos não saíram dali primeiro dia.Muito calmo e sem barulho dos carros. Adorei que deixaram ficar até a tarde, não apetecia voltar para casa. Decidimos que voltamos passar mais dias. Obrigada por tudo e pelo muscatel super saboroso🥰🥰🥰 Por favor, melhora o corrimão das escadas. Proteja com uma rede. (A minha filha quase caia). Com certeza tem que melhorar os colchões!!!!! O quarto com casa de banho privada tem o colchão muuuuuito duro, eu não dormia ali não aquentei. (Pelo menos ponha sobre coleção). Para o futuro as espreguiçadeiras da piscina e o fundo da piscina aquele buraco.
