The house has been modernized enough to give you comforts since the intention is to maintain the original state of its elements and furniture. It consists of 3 double bedrooms, 1 of them with an en-suite bathroom, the other two share a full bathroom. There are also 2 toilets.
On the ground floor, in addition, full kitchen and living room. Numerous and spacious terraces both on the ground floor and on the first floor. It has large garden areas with pool, porches and additional full kitchen to service the pool. 3 parking spaces inside the enclosure. l
Located in the city of Palma with a swimming pool, a short distance from the center, the Paseo Marítimo and the Bellver Castle. It has parking for 3 cars and houses 2 kitchens, one on the main floor and the other in the pool area.
It also has a beautiful garden with large terraces and different dining spaces.
