The room had a problem. The bathroom door was not closing. I raised this issue on the very first day and the host responded by saying that they will fix it, but they never did. After that, they stopped responding to my messages while I was still there.Imagine sharing a room with someone and you can’t be in the room while the other person is using the bathroom.I stayed there for 3 nights so they had enough time to fix the issue.I asked them for a compensation/refund. No response.

Really nice area and the bus stop is right outside the room it's a 15 minute bus to Palma for 2€ each way. Clean room and smelt nice. Some of the towels had some stains so didn't use them and was left half a roll of toilet paper so had to go buy our own housekeeper came the day after with one roll after messaging the owner. Room could definitely use a mini fridge to keep snacks and cold drinks but that's my only comment.
