Working in a hotel myself I know how exhausting it can be to deal with so many guests. I was very impressed with the staff at the Westin. Everyone we encountered from shuttle drivers, maintenance, front desk had such positive attitude. If Westin offered a customer service seminar I would attend.

Great villa, very clean, excellent customer service my family loved the pool, will come back.

Beautiful rooms and resort... friendly staff. One downfall I think is that the resort doesn't have much parking spaces.

Numerous problems trying to secure room although reservation was made 3 weeks in advance. Desk manager did not want to give me my prepaid villa. Even though I showed him proof of payment from the hotels website. On check out, I learned that my credit card was charged twice. After driving down the freeway, I had to return to get the problem corrected. Manager told me that the previous manager had made the mistake. Also, I was a guest in this same hotel one year ago, the day manager stated that there was no computer record.

To much rain during our stay to do much.Stayed in our room most the time and enjoyed it.

First time we stayed here, was very pleased with the hotel, rooms and pool, lots of activities for the kids. Will definitely go there again.

Relaxing getaway, great for the kids. There are different pools with slides. Most rooms have barbeques which we used and made our trip feel like we were at home.

IT IS A HIGH CLASS PLACE,IF YOU REALLY WANT TO RELAX YOU SHOULD GO THER.

The hotel is secluded away from the city and a drive away from the casinos and Aerial Tramway. The hotel just lacked parking space, it's cramped like apartment parking lots, at least on the weekends. It was fine on a weekday. Overall, a very good experience.

The Villas were clean, roomy, and well equipped. WE were missing a toaster, but a quick call and we had one delivered in 10 minutes. Quite a distance to drive to restaurants and shopping. Dining at the Villas and the Resort next door is limited. We were impressed with the service and the friendly staff. Would stay there again.

Great one bedroom, just the right size, clean, clean, clean, great location, really friendly staff. The linens, mattress and pillows were excellent after a long day of sight-seeing. The heated pool and hot tub area were awesome (1 of 3)! All surrounded by the backdrop of a well-groomed Championship golf course and the mountains. It felt like I was in heaven. GREAT VALUE! Wish I'd known about this place last year when we stayed in another (-10) hotel............YIKES!

First class nothing is missing in this hotel! Hot tub, waking area and room is clean comfortable and spacious.

Escaping the cold & rain of the Pac NW, we enjoyed our stays at the Westin Villas. Though the weather wasn't all that dry, at least it was warm and the resort was a great treat. The walking trails afforded beautiful views of the resort, golf course & mountains. I played the Pete Dye course and enjoyed it immensely. Our premium villa was well appointed & the bed was very comfortable. The only glitch was apparently there is some confusion about daily maid service for the room when staying as a guest in one of the villas. We had to call the front desk 3 of our 5 days there to get this done. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable stay. We would go back.

Over all it was a great stay with great weather great views and a great room only thing missing was our coffee maker was broken and they never got us another one. Do not stay in the hotel stay in the villas they are much nicer. Also ask for the golf course view and stay away from the pool as it is very noisy with lots of kids since it has a slide. If you are a Starwood gold member the upgrade for the golf course view is free if not they want to charge you $50 a night extra.

My family of 4 spent a long weekend in one of the premium suites. Everyone agreed it was comfortable and fun.

My husband and I had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the pools, the restaurants and the fabulous views overlooking our balcony. We were met by friendly staff every step of the way. The heavenly bed...what a perfect name for it..because it truly was heavenly. This was our first time stay here and we are already planning on coming back very soon. We were actually here with 2 other couples and they do enjoyed the rooms, the pools and well everything the resort had to offer:) The amenities are perfect, everything you need to make a perfect vacation.

The suite was nice with a separate bedroom and kitchen. I didnt stay long enough to utilize the whole place but I think that staying longer would have been nice. The only bad thing I ran into was that I went to the adult pool and someone with 2 kids came to this pool. There were several pools for kids and families and this pool is clearly labled as adults only but obviously the resort needs adult supervision for the adults who think the rules dont apply to them. I was also a little surprised that they charge for parking. Usually hotels and resorts have ample parking for paying customers.

Super nice room, great place with kids, we were there for Mother's Day weekend. Main pool near Villas was super crowded, we got there Friday and it looked like a bomb had gone off around the pool. The staff, which was very young and not well trained, not 4 or 5 star caliber, indicated that they were short staffed, that was clear. Pool was used and abused at the end of each day but people were having a blast. The main restaurant Pinzimmi, do not go, barely staffed, poor food for the price, slow service, multiple tables sat unbussed for the entire hour we were there. We are not complainers and would come back to this resort and skip the in hotel dining and go to a different pool, there are four. It really seemed like the staff supervision and training was weak here, almost like there is an entire level of missing middle management. $ 15 per day for parking and one night we could barely find a spot and had to park a very long walk from our villa at the check in area. I would not go here again on a "holiday" weekend, spring break etc. The pool guys said the weekend prior, first weekend in May there were only about 30 people at the pool, when we were there, it was probably 200 plus. The room was outstanding, room service was great, maids were great, we had a 1 bedroom villa. If you get this at $ 175 or less, go for it, do not pay more. We would go again in a second, but only at a cut rate price.

traveled here for work but was a great resort to kick back and relax at. Great food on-site and good staff.

The Westin Mission Hills Villas offer perfectly adequate accomodations for a short visit to Palm Springs -- especially for a family that intends to make use of the kitchenette and the numerous swimming pools on the property. The rooms are clean, efficient and very similar to what you'd find at an Embassy Suites, only not so well laid out and a little more cramped. Westin hopes to sell these as timeshares, which I cannot imagine. This is cheesebox construction, like a low to middle quality apartment complex except these aren't apartments. It's all cheaply built and cheaply equipped and must be a constant nightmare to repair and maintain. The fact that they charge $15 to park is insulting since the parking is completely inadequate.
