No phone clock hair dryer radio in room. Horrible television. NO HOT Water. Manager refused to give any sort of refund. One of the worst hotel stays in my life

The tub drained very slowly. Bathroom in general needs updating. Room was spacious for price.

I loved the fact that this place is uniquely kitchy. It is definitely a fun place that you don't often see. It is not the run-of-the-mill place. The beds were comfy and the pool and water facilities were a good touch. The price was affordable.

Only 1/2 the room was vacuumed. Big ugly water stains all over ceiling. Water in the waterfall was yellow and foamy.

Don't believe the pictures posted! Somebody did a good job editing them. The hotel is super old and has not been cared for properly in many, many years. The walls were dirty/stained and had blotches of different colors of paint. The bathroom had a fan, but I'm not sure it worked properly - it was so loud that I was afraid of running it. The tub had stains and the paint was peeling off the wall. The bed was probably the only decent thing in the room. The room had a sliding back door that couldn't be opened, but you could see that a hot/Jacuzzi was once back there and now it's empty and dark. While we didn't experience any issues with bugs, there was one angry customer at the front desk one of the days who was very upset because he claimed to have seen bed bugs and roaches in his room. He was very upset and management was not around to address his concerns. The front desk was very dismissive of his concerns and I thought could have handled the situation better. The only reason we stayed at this hotel is because it was the cheapest one available during the Coachella Festival - weekend 1. Any other weekend it's a lot cheaper than what we paid for it and even at it's current cheaper rate, I would not recommend or stay at this hotel again. If you have children - be aware that the gates to the pool are never closed so it's not safe. Keep an eye on you small kids.

The worst property I had ever stay with. Intermittent internet, no phone in the room, no heat. The room had holes in the walls, ripped furniture. Stove was filthy, walls were filthy. Pictures did online did not reflect the reality. Will never stay there again.

Very old not good servicedont have to hoom to talk

The place was so stinky and dirty that we have decided to leave after the first night. We will never book this hotel again

The only good thing about our stay was the guy who checked us in. Getting back in after hours or out to your car is like running a maze. Our room was filthy. You either had a power was shower or no pressure the curtain was torn. The towels were smaller then baby towels. Found for bugs within minutes of getting to our room. The checkout girl was rude. Balcony smelled like urine. The pool looked nice. The"vintage" furniture was stained and decrepit. Never again. The outlets half worked. I mean they list goes on and on

Hotel 6 has cleaner rooms. My room was cleaned in a record 75 seconds Bathroom not enough lighting Towels to small Room floor was never sweep Trash was never emptied No clock No phone for emergencies Is that enough? Never again

This was the most affordable hotel for the tennis tournament season. Does need some updating but good for one or two night stay. One thing thats missing is phone in room. Was not able to contact reception except going in person. However would come back again.

Its a Nice place, staff is friendly. I think the $200 room deposit is a bit high considering there isnt a snack bar, phone, restaurant or bar in the rooms or hotel. However, its nice and the price was just to good to be true..

I truly do not usually complain, but this was one of the most disgusting rooms I have ever stayed in. The was actual old sticky sauce of some sort on the bed side table, filth on the dresser tops, not just dust. We were afiad of the old stained mattress that looked like they could have bed bugs. Everything was stained and smelly. It was a surreal experience, this seems to be a place time and standards forgot.

needed a quick relaxing weekend and this was accomadating.

Old carpet. broken areas in hallway, looked like the flintstones home.Had a small kitchen but no dishes.no pots and pans.

I had to come up with a $200 deposit which I was not informed of at time of booking reservation. When I checked out, they gave me a receipt of $71.73. At the time I booked the hotel, they took out $93.14 from my debit card. When I asked them about the difference, they told me it was a computer error. They also told me that I would get the $200 deposit back after 5 to 7 days which is totally unreasonable. When I told them that I didn't have $200 for a deposit, they said no problem that they would cancel the reservation. I then asked them about the $93.14 that I already paid and they said I would get it back after 5 to 7 days. I needed the money to find another hotel. It was already after 8 p.m. So, I had no choice but to give them another credit card. I am waiting to see if that deposit shows up in my account within the next two days. They were very unprofessional. I am retired from Ballys hotel in Las Vegas and customers were never treated this way. I worked there for over 30 years.
