4 large bedroom home (3 en suite bathrooms) with an additional 1/2 bathroom offers a stunning view of the San Jacinto Mountains. High ceilings, beautiful & stylish home with Salt Water pool/spa. The den/bedroom is located off of the master bedroom with direct access to the sparkling pool & spa. Large open kitchen with attached family room; separate dining area and living room with a fireplace. 3-car garage. A queen-size sofa bed in the living room may accommodate 2 children under 12. Gated entry courtyard & a three car garage. Den located off of the master bedroom which has direct access to the sparkling pool and spa. Pursuant to city regulations, given we are a 4 bedroom house, we are allowed to accomodate 8 overnight guests. However, If needed, our living room has a queen size sofa bed. that may accommodate the 2 additional children under 12 also allowed by the city of Palm Springs. We are a short 10 minute drive from downtown Palm Springs. If you don't feel like driving, Uber and Lyft are the services which are probably used the most by guests and locals. Prices vary according to supply and demand. If you'd like the pool and/or spa heated, there's an additional fee that we will obtain directly from the SoCalGas' website so our guests pay exactly the amount of gas used per day, and not a fixed rate. No smoking is allowed indoors. No parties or events. Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Thank you very much for considering our property for your stay :)
