Stunning Condo at Monterey Country Club in Palm Desert, CA

One of the largest condos at Monterey Country Club boasting 2,055 sq. ft. Entering the condo you will be greeted by a large atrium with a waterfall. The living room is beautifully decorated with a fireplace and gorgeous views of the mountains and golf course. Just off the living room is a large dining area that seats 6 people with extra seating at the counter off the kitchen. The kitchen is newly remodeled with new quartz countertops, cabinets, and appliances. The patio is huge with a brand new custom gas grill and new desert landscaping around the patio. There is plenty of room for entertaining and the patio is 20 yards from the 3rd tee box, and a 2 minute walk to the pool and hot tub. Both bedrooms are large with separate private bathrooms that have been recently remodeled. The den is located next to the atrium that has a large tv with office space. Centrally located and close to many fine restaurants and attractions. Entry door and garage door have a ring camera system for security purposes.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Excellent property with great location

This is a lovely property, clean, nicely furnished and very well appointed. Location is excellent with a friendly golf Club. Excellent communication with the property owner, if needed. My wife and I had a very good experience and would definitely rent again.
