Beautiful elegant home
We had a great time staying here. Federica was always available to answer any questions we had. The house is absolutely beautiful and very private. The house is stocked with almost everything you need. Between the pool, indoor spa, and the beach right out back door we got to enjoy our relaxing vacation.

June 4th Palm Coast
Our visit to this property was AWESOME! Jay and I had our mothers , are kids and our kid’s kids here for the week! 14 in all, plenty of room and has everything you need! Pool (plus baby pool) was used everyday along with the theater room at night! We built so many memories with everyone! Property is next to a a park full of wildlife , we saw many different animals with an abundance of turtles daily! Well stocked kitchens and bedrooms are spacious. Very private beach area. Also has a fire pit and indoor hot tub in the pool room! We will definitely consider this property for another large family gathering! Plus Federica , our host, was accessible and accommodating. Thanks for the opportunity for our visit!

Fabulous large home on perfect beach area
We rented this home with our daughter, adult sons and their families. We had a total of 13. This home is on a very private setting with a perfect location. The beach is right outside your door and is not crowded. You really have it all to yourself. The bedrooms are spacious with comfy beds. All the decor is very lovely. The home has EVERYTHING! The owner is extremely nice and accommodating. She did everything to make our stay the best. We plan to return in the future.
