Sweet cinnamon

Loved our view from 1152! Lots of golf nearby, good variety of restaurants, and we enjoyed the pool and beach as well. Great Vacation!

Loved the apartment. Location was great. It was very clean. It was well stocked with supplies. This is our second time staying in Cinnamon Beach Resort. Such a lovely location.

Great Unit! Location, Location, Location!

Everything was great for our stay. Unit was clean, beds were comfortable, easy check in process, and great communication with manager. Nothing could of gone better will rent again and recommend to family and friends!

Perfect summer trip

This is our 5th time staying at Cinnamon Beach but our first time getting a condo instead of a house. Our group was smaller this year so this three bedroom was perfect! Each room had a king bed so everyone had lots of room. The pool area on the lake side is perfect for all ages from the frozen cocktails to the kids splash park. Fun was had by all. We will be back Spring Break!

Great location but don’t bring your electric car

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A wonderful location. Unit a good size. Poorly maintained by owner. Property management excellent. No recycling, no ability to plug in your vehicle.

First time staying here.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It started out with lack of communication with getting code for entering the condo. Then had a leaking shower that leaked down to lower unit. The sink faucet was leaking so maintenance came and repaired that but it dripped for days. The washer and dryer were rusty and took so long to dry towels. The shower in the secondary bathroom had a moldy shower liner that I washed. It was hard for my husband to use that shower because he is handicapped so had to ask for grab bars which management did get them for me but he had limited time trying to use that shower. We had to move due to the repair of the shower. Thank god because everything was mounting! Tried to work with management and will see how they handle this issue!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice stay. Lovely gated community. Beautiful & spacious units. Fully equipped and tasteful. Only 2 concerns overalll. The $3 toll to drive over the bridge each time you enter the complex was a surprise and that both pool areas were closed daily at 5pm. We came with teenagers who would have been happy to swim or use the hot tubs after dinner.
