I truly enjoyed my stay at the Hawthorn. My husband and I stayed here and we both are very picky about were we stay when we vacation. There was not one complaint from either of us. The room was always kept clean, full kitchen with cookware, amazing staff, excellent location. This place was definitely the right pick for us.

The hotel had everything I needed for my work trip. I liked how there was a separate living area and kitchen away from the bedroom and plenty of space to set up my laptop. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. There were many options for breakfast and I enjoyed the coffee maker in the room. The hotel was conveniently located around shopping and a variety of restaurants. I would stay again.

Spacious and clean room. Friendly staff. Centric location. Great hotel overall!

Don't be fooled by the grandiose façade of the lobby! Wait an extended period of time to finally reach the overwhelmed desk. Same non-individualized memorized pitch for every person in line before you. I booked the most expensive suite they had ($800 for my 2 days). Got a room where the air conditioning didn't work. There were remnants of party favors still stuck to the ceiling from previous guests. EVERY SINGLE handle in the kitchen was covered in stickiness. I headed to the desk to inquire about the room not cooling down. Long line again. She had me go check another suite. The room cooled down, but again, remnants of party favors, trash in the cabinets, and a layer of dust on the fridge that I couldn't believe. Reminder, $800 for this!!! I did wind up switching rooms because it was cooler. Figured I'd just tolerate the filth and try to rest. That was difficult, being directly next to the elevator shafts!!! Non stop noise. In the morning, I took a shower. The head was installed so high that it was awkward. I reached for one of the fluffy white towels to dry, and it was actually used! A bunch of caked on makeup! Foundation that smeared upon touching. Terrible! I had enough at this point, and took towel to go show a manager. She swore this wasn't the norm. I reminded her of the 100% unsatisfactory rate of each room I had! I would've appreciated a credit or comp or something. She said she'd call. Never did. Instead, I received a snack basket upon checkout at the desk.

Yup, i could give it 5 stars for their polite, very accomodating staff, and for their spacious suites. But their internet service was not 5 stars. More like a 5 star speed but intermittent connection. Though it was not really impt. To me but it did give me some frown. It can be well improved in the future, i hope. But overall, best 4 nights in west palm beach... i would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Great hotel, clean and well priced. Full breakfast.

Hotel was amazing until they had a power outage and I had to move all my belongings including a whole fridge of food from my hotel room on the 3rd floor at 2am. Not only was I sent to my room in the dark by myself, the two young lady's at the front desk never offered help and were extremely rude.

No complaints every thing was awesome. Staff was friendly hotel was clean. Will stay again

not much---not comfortable, bed was bad, toilet seat falling off, breakfast bad

We stayed only one night. Upon arrival, there was a manager's hour that provided drinks and snacks at no charge. This was lovely after a long day. The suite was spic and span and spacious. The front desk offered fresh baked cookies which was nice to come back to after exploring the area in the evening. Morning buffet breakfast was included but have to say was less than inspiring (powdered eggs)

My girlfriend just had surgery so I got her a handicap room and didn't know how nice it actually would be. It only cost $10 more than some of the 1 star hotels nearby. This a 4 star hotel.

Evening reception was great. The food was good. Great check in experience.

There seemed to be many guests that were actually families that had taken up residence there. Also, the employees that worked the breakfast were extremely unfriendly and down right rude. Only one young girl ( didn't get her name but she was thin) was friendly.

Drove through a torrential rain storm, I was road weathered. The two gents at the front desk (who both had others checking in) were prompt, friendly, very informative and on a subsequent trip down to get a snack continued their hospitable demeanor. The room was very comfortable and spacious to the point that I would have been happy to extend my business trip just to use the rest of the amenities. The fitness area was had more strength & stretching equipment than one would expect and was spacious enough for 3 others to be working out without feeling compromised on old equipment.

Just plain relaxing. Great 2 have a place like this 2 get away 2.

First time in any Hawthorn. Very nice and clean place. Highly recommend to others.

Omg it is beautiful. I was caught off guard by the fact that it was completely upgraded. Not sure it this is because the hotel may be new. Either way it's gorgeous and spacious. Would definitely recommend and the price was lovely!

Clean and spacious hotel near The outlets, City Place and Antiques Row!

We weren't in the hotel much, but we wish we were!

Great room for the money. 15 Coupon was a plus. Would stay again.
