Modernly furnished queen room in the heart of Palermo, located in a convenient position to visit the main attractions and stroll around discovering the treasures of the city center.



The room is located on the third floor reachable on foot and features a comfortable queen-size bed, a spacious wardrobe, a small fridge, a TV, a safe and a desk, perfect for remote working. A modern bathroom with shower completes the layout.

The jewel of the accommodation is the private balcony which overlooks Via Vittorio Emanuele, the most ancient street of the city, and boasts a view over the wonderful Church of San Giuseppe dei Teatini.

*Nicht empfehlenswert!* Leider war mein Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft sehr enttäuschend. Schon bei der Ankunft wurde ich mit vielen Treppen konfrontiert – einen Aufzug gibt es nicht, was mit großem Gepäck extrem unpraktisch ist. Das Gebäude ist so verwinkelt, dass ich nicht einmal genau sagen kann, in welchem Stockwerk ich mich befand. Das Zimmer roch stark nach Schimmel, was nicht nur unangenehm, sondern auch gesundheitsgefährdend ist. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nur, wenn man sich im Zimmer aufhält, was es während unserer Abwesenheit unerträglich warm machte. Der Kühlschrank war kaum funktionsfähig, sodass wir unsere Lebensmittel im Aufenthaltsraum lagern mussten, wo ein weiterer Kühlschrank stand. Die Küche im Aufenthaltsraum war jedoch nicht nutzbar, da es an grundlegenden Utensilien wie Messern fehlte. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass wir eine zusätzliche Reinigungsgebühr zahlen mussten, unser Zimmer aber während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht einmal gereinigt wurde. Wir hatten pro Person nur ein Handtuch, und erst nach einer Beschwerde bekamen wir ein weiteres Handtuch pro Person – zusätzliche Handtücher mussten kostenpflichtig bestellt werden. Dies war besonders frustrierend, da keine Waschmaschine vorhanden war. Zudem gab es keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort, was die Situation weiter erschwerte. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls enttäuschend. Die Auswahl war sehr begrenzt, und die Qualität der Speisen war schlecht. In meinem Rührei befanden sich grüne Stellen, die durch z
