Unprofessional behaviour

I booked to stay one night on 13th of April. I received a message from the owner saying what time will we arrive, and assured me he will be there to hand the key. When we arrived at 5.30 pm the door was locked, we rang the bell few times without an answer, I called the property without an answer as well. So after 20 minutes we left the property and try to arrange a different place. That’s very unprofessional and thinking how they are still in business with this behaviour!!!

convenient and comfortable

This was a comfortable place to stay for our first night in Palermo. The B&B is central and in an old building. The staff member was friendly and the breakfast generous. The Hotels.com site states that checkin is between 10am and 7pm and to contact the B&B if you will be later than that. The downside for us was that we had to pay 15 Euros fee for checking in around 8.30pm.

THERE IS NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE!!

We booked here for the sole reasons that there would be breakfast and an airport shuttle. All a big lie. She scheduled a taxi for us but it was not the shuttle that was promised. For the 55€ Cab ride we could have stayed practically anywhere else. And breakfast was just some yogurts and some fruit left in a refrigerator.

Super zentral , sehr sauber

Von aussen kann man kaum erahnen, wie nett die Pension innen ist. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und trotzdem urig. Wir durften uns sogar mittags aus dem Kühlschrank bedienen und Kaffee machen. Uns wurde empfohlen, das Auto am Parkplatz beim Busbahnhof stehen zu lassen, ca 900 Meter entfernt. Dieser ist sehr günstig. Die Pension liegt sehr zentral, es gibt ein paar kleine Läden um die Ecke, wo man auch zB etwas zum Trinken kaufen kann. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Das einzige kleine Manko ist, dass die Zimmertüren recht hellhörig sind. Aber sonst jederzeit gerne wieder

Esperienza da non ripetere!

Il BB è in un vecchio edificio in una zona centrale e multietnica. Se cercate una sistemazione tranquilla non fa al caso vostro:quando ho soggiornato qualcuno ha festeggiato la mezzanotte con 10' di fuochi artificiali! Francamente parlando non capisco la politica di chiedere un'extra per gli arrivi dopo le 19:sono arrivato alle 19.50 e hanno preteso il pagamento di €15 in contanti in quanto non funzionava il POS! Questo "balzello" non è stato indicato nella conferma inviata da Hotel.com. Stanza in buone condizioni, ma in un appartamento, completo di cucina condivisa dagli altri affittuari negli orari dei pasti... The BB is in an old building in a central and multi-ethnic area. If you are looking for a quiet accommodation this is not for you: when I stayed someone celebrated midnight with 10 min of fireworks! Frankly speaking, I don't understand the policy of asking for an extra for arrivals after 7pm: I arrived at 7.50pm and they required the payment of € 15 in cash as the POS did not work! This "unfair tax" was not indicated in the confirmation sent by Hotel.com. Room in good condition, but in an apartment, with a kitchen regularly shared by the other renters during meals times ...

la struttura è situata nel centro di Palermo, quindi risulta molto agevole visitare monumenti, chiese e tutto ciò che un turista intende vedere, senza l'utilizzo di un' autovettura. La struttura è molto pulita e ben arredata, la titolare Giusy è una persona estremamente gentile e disponibile.

Alle porte di Ballarò...

Siamo stati bene in questo B&B. La camera matrimoniale, sebbene non grandissima e dotata di pochi appoggi per gli abiti, dotata di balcone, set di cortesia, tisane, bollitore e tazze da thé, era comunque pulita e gradevole come tutti gli ambienti comuni della struttura, veramente gradevole e ben tenuta. Unico intoppo in bagno, il wc ha difficoltà di scarico ed a volte si sentiva cattivo odore. La posizione, sebbene molto centrale e buona per raggiungere il centro storico a piedi, invece può creare qualche problema specialmente se si è con la macchina. Infatti siamo in piena ZTL e il vicolo per parcheggiare è piuttosto angusto. Anche la zona intono al B&B non è proprio delle migliori, la prima notte siamo stati svegliati dalle urla di una rissa che si stava svolgendo lungo la stradina sotto il nostro balcone. Colazione varia ed abbondante. Personale molto disponibile e cortese. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliato con i suoi pro e i suoi (pochi) contro, specialmente per chi non ha la macchina...
