In Palau, in a beautiful panoramic area just steps from the center, we offer a bright three-room apartment on the first floor. The property features a spacious terrace with spectacular sea views over the islands of the La Maddalena Archipelago and the town.



At the back, on the ground floor, there is a private garden equipped with a barbecue, perfect for relaxing outdoors.



The apartment consists of a welcoming living-dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and direct access to the sea-view terrace, two bedrooms (one double and one with bunk beds), and a bathroom. It is equipped with a washing machine and TV and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.
