The flat is one of three completely independent apartments in a large house. This apartment (80m2) is located on the ground floor, without elevator and has a maximum capacity for 4 people.
It has a large furnished terrace with garden and barbecue where you can enjoy breakfast and meals in the sun.
The apartment has a living-dining room with tv and direct access to the terrace. Open fully equipped kitchen: cutlery, pans, fridge, microwave, toaster, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. It has a bathroom with a shower. Outdoor parking included.
Pets accepted only under prior request and with a supplement.
Apartment for families only. Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.
