Wonderful location, easy walk to the shops and right across from the water. Definitely has the wow factor as you walk in – the views are beautiful, the furnishings lovely, the whole unit is impeccably clean, lovely little extras left including high-quality teabags, coffee, and chocolate. There is a full size fridge, washing machine, wonderful balcony- need I say more… Highly recommended

The apartment was lovely and fabulous. Very clean and modern. It was over looking the beach which was a bonus. The owner John and Susan were lovely to deal with at such short notice of booking. I would highly recommend this place. Nga mihi.

Accessible to everything on foot as close to the centre. Water view out off the balcony, clean and tidy with plenty of room for 4 people. Good communication, a great stay. Thank you.

Outstanding - I could not rate higher. Fantastic location with waterfront view, spacious and with full kitchen WITH THE TYPES OF UTENSILS YOU WOULD HAVE IN YOUR OWN KITCHEN - not just the "tick box" commonly found. Unit was clean, and instructions on check-in and processes clear and straightforward. This is not the first time I've gone to Paihia - and the accommodation here was head-and-shoulders better then anything I've had before.

We loved our stay here so much!! Place is in excellent condition and hosts are great with communication. The breakfast included is incredibly thoughtful and was very handy for us. Place is great and clean, with a gorgeous view out the back. Tidy facilities; with supplies such as cooking utensils bathroom all provided thoughtfully. We would most definitely come back!
