A cozy lake inspired house with secure boat storage and lots of room for a couple of families. Lots of cozy indoor space as well as a relaxing outdoor space with many games provided. BBQ grille and cozy sitting space to eat outside. Room for pets to roam and potty. The large yard is still a work on progress but is regularly maintained. TVs with internet, Wifi, coffee/ drink station. Upstairs laundry shoot to downstairs laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. All towels and linens provided. Dishes and cookware available for use.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a safe.

Powell Boating
Perfect for a large group with multiple trucks and trailers. We had a fishing boat, surf boat, and Sea Doos. Three trucks and trailers fit behind the gates. The multiple beds fit all ten of us easily.

Lake trip
We come to Page usually twice each summer for a family lake trip. We have been using nightly rentals for the last four years at different properties. This home is perfect for our needs. The kitchen is well equipped for dinners or barbecue after a day on the lake. The parking is one of the most convenient I have rented. We can park the boat (24 ft) and truck and the two seadoos and truck easily behind the gates. The security lights make it possible to leave boards and other things in the boat. The yard is perfect for my family dogs being large and fully fenced. I liked the home and location so well I booked our August trip here as well.

Lake Powell Family Trup
Home is very well decorated. Beds are comfortable. Lots of supllies made the evenings comfortable when we came back from the lake. Tons of storage for vehicles and trailers behind a locked gate. Very convenient to town and to Wahweap. Would definitely recommend and rent again.
