The house welcomes guests with the spacious and bright living room furnished with double sofa bed, Smart TV, dining table and open kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher and toaster. Through French doors you The living room overlooks the covered porch and the villa's large private garden. The ground floor continues with the sleeping area, equipped with two bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet, and toilet. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, a queen-size bed, a closet, and a view of the garden. The cottage continues with the lower level equipped with a large tavern with a sofa, armchair and a dining table, an additional bedroom with a queen-size bed and en suite bathroom. and finally a laundry area equipped with a washing machine and sink.



Amenities such as air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron, and heating for colder winters.



*Guests can park a car in the private parking space in part of the cottage.

*The BBQ and fireplace cannot be used by guests. Pets are NOT allowed.

*The shared swimming pool is open from the 1st of May to the 30 September. The use of a swimming cap may be required.

Padenghe is a small town on the Brescia side of Lake Garda, nestled in the green moraine hills.
