Small villa with lake-view terrace inside an elegant residence with swimming pool, tennis court and pier with direct access to the lake and the beach, in a 5,000-square-meter park planted with century-old olive trees, in Padenghe sul Garda.



The house opens onto a large, bright living room equipped with a comfortable sofa, two dining tables with chairs, flat-screen TV, and a beautiful terrace with outdoor table and chairs from which there are lovely views of the lake and the residence's garden. The kitchen, separate from the living room, is complete with refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, electric kettle, citrus juicer, American coffee maker, and toaster. The ground floor is completed by a half bath and a bedroom with a single bed, closet and fan. The apartment continues upstairs with the sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The first room has a queen-size bed while the second has a bunk bed. Both rooms have a fan, closet and window overlooking the garden. Externally, at the back of the apartment guests can enjoy a private garden with a porch, table, chairs and barbecue perfect for preparing delicious meals to enjoy outdoors. In addition to this area there is also an additional small garden with direct access to the residence garden and the lake.

*There is a janitor within the residence whom you can contact to reserve the tennis court and for any problems related to the condominium.



*Cot and high chair available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay, per item.

Padenghe is a small town on the Brescia side of Lake Garda, nestled in the green moraine hills. This land forms the production area of the most important D.O.C. wine in the province of Brescia: “Garda Classico.” The Castle of Padenghe sul Garda, hosts theater companies for interesting evenings, musical groups, and historical and folklore reenactments that fill the sweet evenings after a day spent boating or on the beaches. This area of Lake Garda also offers many nightclubs for the younger crowd. There is also no shortage of long walks, bike paths, fields, a rich schedule of events, and golden beaches to enjoy during the summer season. The beaches of Padenghe sul Garda are beautiful in every season, as is the mysterious and romantic historic center.
