Used to be better?

As with most hotels, they start out amazing then taper off from that. The Mecure Padang is starting to show its age however still asking the premium price point, up against much newer/better hotels around the same price. Still one of the nicer hotels around.

Polite and friendly hotel staff. Cleanliness is one of Mercure’s strengths. Keep it up. Probably just upgrade the sliding shower gun holder (loosed).
