Our family had such a wonderful time staying at Point Break. The kids loved the house, the beds were so comfortable, and the kitchen was spacious. Would highly recommend!

The house was perfect for a family getaway. Very clean house with some added bonuses (beach chairs, board games, complimentary bottle of wine). The location is the best part. Walking distance to Lovers Point, which is the perfect beach for small children with plenty of food options nearby. Will definitely be coming back!

The location was quiet and central to many areas…beach, walking trail, farmers market and restaurants. The house was perfectly comfortable for our family of 6. The kitchen could have used some oil for basic supplies but overall had all the basics we needed. We had a wonderful stay and when we needed something the property managers were very responsive.

Great place, great location

This house was great for our family. Updated, clean, comfy beds, well built (not one creaky floor). Wedged between downtown Pacific Grove and Lovers' Point Beach, the location is ideal for walking. We would stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a second time here and love the Point Break House. Walking distance to Pacific grove downtown or the shoreline, it has everything for a perfect getaway. We will keep coming back.

We had a great stay with family at Point Break. It was a great location to get to shops, restaurants and the beach. Well stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend.

We had a great time with our 3 kids! The house was setup great. Even had a pack and play. Great location and easy to get everywhere! Would definitely stay again!

Navy Family Retreat

We have a family member who will be attending the Navy Postgraduate School in Monterey. We were able to have a short family visit with all of our family. The space allowed us to have a family meal, watch movies, but access the beach and have fun.

The home was a joy to stay in. Location was great and able to walk to shops and restaurants. The only negative I'd like to report, is that handrails should be installed in the main bathroom shower/bath. tub a bit slippery.

Really lovely property and in a great location. Loved that it was a short walk to the beach path and far enough away from the touristy area. Great attention to detail and the property management was very helpful and kind. Hope to go back!

Great Family Vacation

We enjoyed the property! It was clean and well stocked and as a fellow VRBO super host appreciated the amenities. Only negative was no real yard and no privacy from neighbors but still excellent choice.
