We've stayed in Seabrook many times and were excited to try a new home, especially after seeing the listing.
The home was ok. Specifically, there was a very odd smell throughout- like the carpets had been cleaned and it still smelled of chemicals. There was dog feces that someone didn't clean up in the back gravel area that my kids stepped in. But overall, this home didn't have much personality or attention to detail beyond the compass in the floor. It was very "sterile". No beach chairs, beach towels or homey-ness. The kitchen was equipped, but very minimal. Compared to other homes, this lacked. For the high cost, I'd likely choose another home that had more personality.
booking and check-in were easy and smooth.
