The front desk staff at this property lacks basic hospitality. Upon arrival, there was no greeting or acknowledgement. When I inquired about checking in 30min early with my child, I was met with a blunt "your room is not ready" and no further info.
Later, due to a booking misunderstanding regarding guest count (we had 2 adults, 1 child), we were denied check-in. The staff offered no sympathy or assistance, only stating that our room would be reposted for sale before a refund could be considered.
Throughout the exchange, the communication was short, cold and dismissive. There were no "thank yous," "goodbyes," or attempts to provide a welcoming experience.
The service here is worse than a budget motel. If you value a warm or professional welcome, I recommend staying elsewhere.
