The hotel was acceptable but quite disappointing overall. The location is not very convenient, as it’s a long walk to the city centre. The facilities felt outdated, and the swimming pool was below average. Staff were polite, but service could be improved. Overall, it did not meet expectations for the price.

Nice hotel but we paid in advance for early check in and set off 3 hours earlier so we could enjoy the afternoon in Oxford but when we arrived we were told it was ‘subject to availability’ despite having actually paid for it and a confirmation saying it was accepted and contained no caveats.

Room was nice and spacious, very clean with nice amenities. Only downside was how loud the other guests were during our stay, there was quite clearly a party happening until 2am which kept us up. Only other tiny thing was there were no bins or bin bags in our room for rubbish.
