This luxurious new build is beautifully presented: stylish, modern and comfortable. In addition, this home has a free parking and a private back garden with a barbecue, dining area and a bar, perfect for creating memories. Situated in Headington, which is jam-packed with shops, cafés and parks, it is only a 10-minute drive from Oxford's city centre. London and airport coaches are also a short walk away, through old Headington preserved area. John Radcliff Hospital is only 0.5 miles (5 min walk)

This is a truly vibrant and exceptional home, full of light and comfort.
Each bedroom has a spacious built in wardrobe and a dressing table/desk. In addition, the blackout curtains, plump pillows and hotel style comfy beds will ensure you a good night's sleep.
The master bedroom is spacious, with a zip-and-link bed which can set up as either a King-size bed, or two separate single beds. Furthermore, there is an additional single guest bed that can be pulled out from under the bed.
Whether you are coming to Oxford for business or pleasure, this home will accommodate you as the living room also has a dedicated working area with a desk and lamp.

My family and I spent 4 days in Oxford, and we were overall quite pleased with this accommodation. It was clean, comfortable, and suited our needs well. The neighbourhood is quiet, and the property is close to a couple of bus stops allowing us access to the city centre.
I would have appreciated a bit more information about some details of the property, for instance how to lock the front door. It’s an unusual locking mechanism (at least compared to what we are used to in Canada), and it took a while to figure it out. In addition, I would have appreciated more instructions on temperature regulation. It didn’t seem that the changes I was making on the thermostat were actually adjusting the house temperature or engaging the air conditioner. Also, the description indicated that it had a hot tub. Being from Canada, we were expecting an actual hot tub (I.e. jacuzzi that would accommodate several people) instead of merely a bathtub. This was a small disappointment for our kids.
However, overall it was a lovely, comfortable, and well-maintained accommodation where we would happily stay again.

Sharp, well-prepared home
Thanks to Eranda for providing us with a bright, clean, well cared-for home in Oxford. We found everything as expected based on the listing.
One pleasant surprise was that even though we stayed in Oxford during the hottest week of the year and though the home has no air conditioning (that's normal...AC is not typical in that area), we were able to keep the house cool. The big windows and excellent curtains allowed us to cool the house down during the mornings and evenings, and keep it cool during the day.

Perfect
Place was absolutely what we needed. Clean, spacious, modern, fit all of our needs. Host was great and you can tell that customer satisfaction is a top priority. We stayed at many rentals throughout are whole two week stay and this location was by far the Nicest and cleanest. Thank you for letting us stay there.

The flat was better than advertised. The amenities were helpful, especially since we only stayed one night. Our primary reason for selecting this site was ready access to Heathrow the next morning. Even so, our host greeted us with a smile. We will use Steep Rise of we come this way again.
