This 3-bedroom house in The Villages of Parkwood is perfect for your escape to relaxation. With 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds, guests will find comfort and space to unwind. Enjoy the convenience of a communal gym, pool, hot tub, yoga room, children’s room, etc that is located only a short distance down the road (approximately 1/4 mile away) There is also internet and a washing machine and dryer for use in the house during your stay! The 2 bathrooms come equipped with a bathtub and a hair dryer for added convenience. Experience what The Villages has to offer with a stay at our marvelous house. The home has a communal clubhouse which includes a pool, hottub, gym, kids room, computer room, rec center etc. A key card will be available to you to use these facilities upon signing a waiver. A black clicker is available for guests arriving after 10pm. Please note if you arrive later than 9pm the front gate may be locked. If it is locked when you arrive you will have to walk to the property to retrieve the clicker to enter with your car.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a desk. Housekeeping is available on request.

Golf outing

Location is within 15 to 20 minute golf cart ride to several golf courses. 10 minute cart ride to spanish springs square 3 minute cart ride to convenience store Patti our host great and responded to emails and any of our questions in a timely manner Thank youPattiFrom the guysfrim Vermont!!
