Terrible mattres and the bed made noises like it was going to fall apart. There was also a loud humming noise and vibration the entire time. Room needs some maintenance. Staff was nice and clean hotel.

The staff did their best to accommodate, but my room had no electricity and it took a long time to get me into another room as they were full. There was also a very loud and incessant barking from a dog on another floor in the new room. But the staff did their best to address these concerns with what they were able to do.
