La villa è una costruzione indiendente ad uso esclusivo degli occupanti ed è composta da 3 camere da letto, di cui due matrimoniali e una doppia, camera indipendente con divano letto doppio, cucina attrezzata con divano letto doppio, per un totale di 10 posti letto comodi.

A rendere ancora più confortevole il soggiorno in villa ci sono 3 bagni, di cui due con doccia e uno con vasca e due docce esterne ideali per quando si torna dal mare.

La villa ha la sua peculiarità principale nei grandi spazi esterni, coperti e scoperti, attrezzati con mobili da esterno ed un comodo barbecue per belle grigliate all'aperto.
