Freundlich aber wenig anheimelnd

Die Wohnung ist ausschließlich im Stil der 70iger Jahre eingerichtet. Dies ist sehr beklemmend auf Dauer. Es sind zwar Hunde erlaubt, der Preis dafür horrend und völlig überzogen. Für einen Hund mit 25kg würde die Vermieterin 20€verlangen. Es gibt viele Anweisungen für das richtige Verhalten. Gleichwohl die Vermieterin sehr nett ist.

Wir waren sehr begeistert vom alten Forsthaus. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Unsere Gastgeber waren unglaublich nett, waren jeder Zeit als Ansprechpartner für uns da. Gaben uns Tipps für Ausflugsziele und Verpflegung. Die Unterkunft ansich, ist sehr sauber. Zu Ostern gab es einen kleinen Gruß, von den Gastgebern für unsere Kinder, sehr süß und die Kinder freuten sich sehr. Der Garten wie ein kleiner verwunschener Ort, direkt am Bach. Wir kommen wieder. Es war so schön.

Alles in Allem waren wir sehr zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft im Alten Forsthaus. Es ist dort alles sehr sauber, die Betten sind sehr bequem und auch die Couch ist wie neu. Optisch ist der 70er Jahre Look erst mal gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber eine kleine Zeitreise zurück hat ja auch seinen Scharm.

Wir, als Großeltern unterwegs, und unsere beiden Enkel haben ein paar schöne Urlaubstage im Harz verbracht. Familie R.-G. hat uns herzlich empfangen. Die Ferienwohnung hat Charme und ist sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir buchten diese Unterkunft kurzfristig,waren positiv überrascht von der Größe dieser Ferienwohnung, der Lage (an einem kleinen Bach) und der Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber. Die Wohnung war ausgesprochen sauber; wir haben bezüglich der Ausstattung nichts vermisst. Besonders erholsam war die Ruhe (abgesehen von den vorbeifahrenden Autos, da die FeWo an der Hauptstraße liegt) u.das Plätschern des Baches.Der Garten ("Hanglage") ist nicht gesichert,kl.Kinder sollten dort nicht unbeaufsichtigt spielen.

Unterkunft zu wohlfühlen

Wir haben 5 Nächte mit 3 Personen verbracht. An- und Abreise war problemlos. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung ist überall sauber und man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause. Es gibt alles, was man benötigt und ein bisschen mehr. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir sicher unterstellen. Unseren nächsten Harz Urlaub machen wir also sehr gern wieder im "Alten Forsthaus".

Auch wenn von aussen das Haus erst noch renovierungsbedürftig ist, im Inneren wartet eine wunderschöne bestens ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, in der man es sich so richtig gemütlich machen kann. Es fehlte nahezu nichts, das in einen guten Haushalt gehört. Ankommen und geniessen.

Alles was man braucht

Die Unterkunft altes Forsthaus in Riefenbeek liegt direkt an der Ortsdurchfahrt und ist daher gut zu erreichen. Da wir tagsüber unterwegs waren, können wir nur sagen, dass es zumindest abends und morgens sehr ruhig war. Hinter dem Haus fließt ein Bach, dessen Plätschern einen die Geräusche des Städtealltags schnell vergessen lässt. Die Unterkunft bietet sehr viel Platz. Die Möbel sind zwar alt, aber in gutem Zustand und voll funktionsfähig. Die Küche ist geräumig und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Backofen, Kochfeld, Microwelle, Kaffemaschine & Toaster gehören ebenso zur Ausstattung wie Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr und viele weitere Utensilien. Im Garten gibt es einen Grill. Für mich das wichtigste: Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber! Der Service, Schlüsselübergabe und Abnahme, war sehr gut und hat problemlos funktioniert. Fazit: Gerne wieder!

Schöne Wohnung, Einrichtung aus den ca. 70ern aber gut in schuss. Leider keine Spülmaschine ( wurde auch nicht beworben)
