I booked 2 nights here and prepaid for them TWO MONTHS AHEAD OF TIME for my trip to Norway. The property waited until the day of my flight arrival from the US to inform me an hour before my check in time that they were overbooked and that I had to find another place to stay. I had difficulty finding another room in the area and was forced to book a room near the airport, which cost me considerably more when factoring in the rail trips back and forth to the airport from downtown. I had to pester the Hotel to get a Refund for the charges I paid 60 days earlier. DO NOT TRUST THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS PROPORTY!!!!!!!!!!!
