The room smelled musky and it was dirty. I think they didn’t clean the shower as it was full of hair. The walls and carpet was also dirty. Overall it’s a low quality hotel. Don’t expect too much.

The breakfast menu was good but the sausages, cheese omelets were all very cold. The coffee was very bland. The pool has chunks of hair floating at the bottom.

Yes the rooms spotless, but I did find the heating system wouldn't stay warm enough. I had to keep adjusting it. And using the TV was just silly. having to scroll up and down by single number... But the service was great, I loved the silent elevator, and breakfast was really appetizing with lots of choice.I was treated with respect and kindness and would definitely stay with you again.
