I will say that the staff was very pleasant and most helpful. They have a screen at the front desk that will translate the conversation in real time to make communication easy. They also handle luggage forwarding, both receiving and sending, which was so helpful. There is a train station right around the corner, but for the places I needed to go, I had to walk to another station 8 minutes away. There is a great street market really close that has lots of food and shopping. There’s also a 7-11 nearby. The room was ok, but a little run down and dirty. The corners and edges of the floor was covered in dust on the carpet. One of the plugs next to the bed wasn’t working, and the washer/dryer took forever to dry our clothes. I did like that they had a nice soaking tub with a shower next to it, and it was very spacious. They won’t clean the room unless you stay 7 days or more. They will give you towels and take your trash.

Great location not too far from many big attractions in Osaka from Osaka castle to USJ maybe 30 minutes each. It is only two stations away from dottonbori!

Our stay was good because the location was kinda near Shinshaibashi. One star less because there too many dusts in the room and I wish they could have cleaned the bed rest area and bed side table because it was too dusty (I had to clean it on my own). I liked the shower room because it had hot and cold option. They also provided towels daily so that was good too.

Everything is fine If carry big luggages, don’t book this hotel. It has no accessible facilities around this subway station. Hand carry luggage is ok. Location is convenient. I booked private transfer to airport instead because I got one big luggage.
