False advertising, filthy apartment

The photos seen above are a false representation of this apartment. It was nothing like these photos. It was filthy, and it had cockroaches. The bed was awful, we could feel the springs. The sheets were rough. The towels were thin. The floors and walls were filthy. Do not be fooled by these photos. This is the most awful VRBO experience we have ever had.
