宿泊前日のメールが来なく（受け取れなかった？）当日、施設に入るのに、困って電話連絡が繋がらなく大変な思いをしました。
緊急時の連絡が取りやすくしてほしかったです。
それ以外は、施設、料金とも良かったです。
また、利用したいと思います。
