Location is convenient, only a 5 min walk from the action of Namba. Family apartment, although quite spacious, doesn't offer must privacy between rooms. Staff were great. My family of 13 stayed at this property in the 3 bedroom exclusive apartment and a 2 bedroom smaller room. Both rooms were great, the 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for all of us! And even better that it had 3 bathrooms too. Location is perfect for walking to Namba area and Dotonbori, everything is very close and feels safe! Will definitely stay here again if we go back to Osaka :)

Clean and unassuming with good breakfast

The hotel is unassuming and clean. Our room is actually big by Japanese standards. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast selection was very good. It’s located on a quieter street but not too far from two metro stations. The bed is firm by American standards
