DO NOT STAY HERE.

We booked this unit because the advertisement stated it had free self parking. Upon arrival we had to pay for parking. We stayed 3 nights. Parking was 100 JPY per hour. The unit manager did not seem to care and all he said was "sorry". The air conditioner in the room did not work. We were in Osaka in July. It was in the high 90s every day. We had small children with us and when we messaged the manager, they ignored us. The room SMELLED like urine. The unit was not clean. The sheets smelled, the shower room was dirty, the unit did not have any towels, wash towels, the internet DID NOT work. I would not stay here if they paid me too. I would rather sleep on the streets of Osaka.

首次遇到被丟包

入住前日及當日早上聯繫不到業者，到了民宿沒櫃檯也聯繫不上業者，被丟包在國外，透過訂房網聯繫說能聯繫上，讓我們再聯繫看看；帶著生病的孩子無法入住，自己在民宿信箱摸索到鑰匙，無人理會自己入住，現場床位也跟當初訂時不符，而且冷氣一直不冷，在炎熱的天氣下簡直像在烤箱裏。 可憐的是終於聯繫上業主，說20分鐘過來，卻沒出現，那是唯一一通聯繫上，但根本沒出現，我們要換飯店也無法退，透過訂房網卻只能得到他們聯繫上才能回我消息。 花錢找罪受，業者不理會丟包客戶，住宿費早已付清一點保障也沒有

최악의 여행, 최악의 숙소

사전에 해당 호텔 연락처와 수차례 연락을 시도했으나, 전화를 받지 않았습니다. 지도만 보고 위치를 찾기 어려워 구글맵에서 근처에 있는 다른 호스텔을 검색하여 근처까지 갔으나 연락이 계속 되질 않아 헤매고 헤매 간신히 숙소를 찾게 되었음, 간판이나 안내문 어떤것도 없음 체크인 하는날 문이 닫혀 있어 뜨거운 날씨에 두시간 기다리다가 우편함에서 키 발견 이때도 계속 전화는 연결되지 않음 간신히 들어온 숙소 와이파이가 된다고 써 붙어 있으나, 와이파이 잡히지 않음 에어컨은 더워 죽지 않을정도로 살살 나오고 하우스키핑? 매일 된다고 분명히 적혀 있으나, 단 한번도 객실 청소 및 관리는 이루어 지지 않음

貨不對板

免費WIFI用唔到，免費自助泊車，無車位。如果你不是自駕遊，有自己租wifi，先考慮。根本無服務，人都無見過，騙人的設施。

not a good service and dirty room

호텔이라기보다 에어비엔비처럼 집구매하셔서 운영하시는 느낌임. 그래서 객실의 청결도는 더러운편이었으며, 머리카락이 너무 많아서 체크인후에 청소부터하고 지낼수있었음 객실은 넓고 주방 욕실등이 완비되어있음. 주방조리기구는 일부만있으니 한국민박처럼 생각하시면 안됨. 안타깝게도 프론트데스트가 없으니 처음가시는분게는 비추천함. 처음에 체크인어떻게하는지 4번 메일보냈지만 주인장에게 확인메일없어서 호텔스닷컴을 통해 확인받음. good price but i found many hair in living room and bath room. i felt its not a hotel, nobody manage this room. so i should clean up first. the most embarrance thing is i couldnt contact hotel's manager by email. there's no front desk so somebody should get guest. even i didnt get confirm mail how to check in the hotel without host. so i wasnt sure if i can get in or not until i get into hotel. otherwise, you are with family, you can have privercy.
