Clean, modern and new, the hotel provided everything you could need for a pleasant, fuss free stay. The female and young male reception and housekeeping staff were welcoming and friendly. As well as being reasonably close to Osaka station, Fukushima station is also nearby.

Amazing value for your bucks!

Room: even better than in their photos with a lot of perks (4G phone you can take out, a massage pillow, etc). Very comfortable and just enough space for 1 person. Service: the staff was really helpful from the cleaning lady, who opened the door right after I closed it with my key inside, to the front desk employees, who diligently answered my questions. Not having to worry about breakfast was definitely a relief and their options should fit most people's taste. Last but not least, the hotel is well located. Close enough to walk easily to 2 subway stations with 1 being a mega-hub in Osaka's public transportation system.

Awesome stay!

I was really impressed with this hotel and with the price I got it for. The staff were always friendly and polite. The hotel is nicely remodeled and felt very fresh with the cool white and blue colors, the lobby seating area was nice and comfortable. The hotel room I thought was really nice and cute, again with the blue and white color scheme, the bed was wonderful-very comfy, great AC and lighting, and the bathroom was great too. Very convenient to have 7-11 right downstairs. The walk to the station is about 15-20 minutes, it can be a bit far if you plan to walk all day or were walking all day. I will stay here again next time!

It was a brand new hotel with a state of art technology. Everything is fully equipped with all the things you required. However the room was a little small and cramped when I booked a single bed room. Might not be suitable for kids to stay in. The room which was given to me had a bad smell coming from the air conditioning. It was fixed the day after when I informed the staff. However it came back again on my third day of stay. Might depends on your luck of the room condition.

Good location, very comfortable

Good location at 10 min. from Osaka Station, in a silent area. Very well equipped (special mention for the massaging pillow: great detail!). Personnel was very helpful. A 7-Eleven is at the side of the building. A great bed.

A new business hotel that needs improvements

Location is far away from public transport - 20 mins walk at least. Check out time at 1100 is too early. Room clean up every other day is not good enough. Breakfast quality is OK, but, portion is very small.
