The room was clean. The location is convenient for restaurants and nightlife. It can be noisy into the early morning so they did provide earplugs which we didn't use. The water closet was pretty tight for an average American. The washing machine is nice to have. The terrace is nice but there is no view.

The hotel is in a great location but sometimes we can hear loud outside noise due to the night life. Especially after midnight sometimes really early morning also. Minutes from the Dotombori strip. Love the shampoo and conditioner in the room. Made my hair so soft and smooth. No frizz. lol.

The area is near Dotonbori, it is walkable to train station and the shopping district..the only thing I did not like is that you need to transfer to a local/metro train from Kansai airport train in order to reach the hotel, so you need to ride 2 different train and the room is small for 3 people and you can hardly move around, there is a kitchen but you can’t cook because the space is small and can’t eat properly since the table is so small for 3 but overall is just fine, anyway, we don’t stay in the hotel, we were out most of the time.

First time I do self check in. I loved how close it is to Dotonbi and Namba station. Guy took me a few minutes to figure out how to get into the building. I kept in entering the 4 digits to get into the building but needed to include the asterisk sign as well. The instructions had it all along.

However, as there was only one elevator available. When we checked out at around 9:30 to 10:30am, we had to wait for 7 rounds of door openings to finally get into the elevator. Hence, living at 13 floor was a big trouble in using the elevator.

My partner and I were shocked upon entering our room. It was stunning. Leaps and bounds above the other rooms we had rented while in Japan. We have already decided we will be staying there again for a much longer stay next trip. We were on the 11th floor and enjoyed the quiet reprieve from the street noise. The place felt very secure and safe. Our only potential con was there was nowhere to properly hang out towels. Other than that small con it was a perfect place to stay. The convenience of the location allowed us to fully explore the food and shopping options of Osaka with ease. 10/10. We cannot wait to stay here again!
