Great facilities for our family. Laundry was appreciated and neat to learn that the dryer was in the shower. Easy to get to the dotonbori shopping area. Walkable to the metro.

The area was very noisy with honking cars and loud people throughout the night for the 4 nights we stayed. The rooms were not very noise insulated so you can hear the foot steps of your neighbors. The area was very busy with lots of food - mainly international rather than local cusines

Overall we loved our stay. It was very clean and comfortable. Only comment of note is that the next door restaurant offers grilled items, the smoke and scent although very yummy needs to be dodged if you don't want your suite to smell like the food without actually eating it. We find ourselves always hurriedly opening and closing our door so that the smoke won't get in to the unit.

I thought we would have a person to check us in. We have to log on line to get combo key access. We tried it several times and that link did not work. We finally were able to call and he gave us the access. Fortunately our phone and internet worked. We found another family wandering around because their phone did not work and they did not have phone number to call. Luckily, the person we called was able to help them too (with our phone). It was nerve racking trying to get access to the property within the hour. Not recommended for family with your children.

All communication is by email or text. It can be a little confusing. Another guest and I had to do some problem solving. Other than that the rooms are modern and clean with laundry facilities.
