Beautiful House on Lake

The house was big enough for our group of 14 with ages 9 to 70. It had everything needed for meals at home and was also near restaurants on the lake. The doc was amazing with comfortable furniture, fan, and fire pit for entertaining the entire family. The extra slip on the dock was awesome for the pontoon rental. The host was wonderful - sharing great directions on finding supplies in the house and recommendations for places to see. Bunk house was perfect for older kids. Definitely recommend this for families and larger groups.

Family Ozark Vaca

We had a GREAT time and the property was perfect for our family of 14 that included kids from 1 - 14 years old. The dock is perfect for fun in the sun. Our boat in the extra slip was so convenient. During the week, we were able to ski and tube close to the property. Awesome location We enjoyed our time together!

Family Vacation

We had an exceptional vacation here. The property was everything we hoped for. The house fit our family size and the view towards the lake was breathtaking. The deck was wonderful, but the best thing was the large dock. We enjoyed the fire pit in the night and the lake view was great. I believe one of our children said this was the best vacation yet.

Great Dock and Good Lake Location

Overall we had a great time. Russ was very responsive and accommodating. There were curtains instead of doors on most of the rooms downstairs which didn't allow much privacy. Russ said it was in the works to remedy this. The deck and dock were great and this is where we spent most of our time anyway.

Family reunion

Family from Wisconsin, Texas, and Ohio met in the middle at this beautiful Ozarks location! The house was spacious enough for our crew of 10 adults and 4 kids. We enjoyed the beautiful views, cooking together in the kitchen, fishing off the pier, making s’mores in the fire pit, and hanging out in the hot tub. Russ was welcoming and accommodating. We had a great time!!

Perfect vacation property!

This home was just the right fit for our family vacation! We had family from 9 years old to 69 and family that came in from KY, WA, NE and IA. Communication with Russ was super as he touched base with us via phone and text. As soon as we entered the home, it was not only CLEAN but even smelled clean! Location was perfect...the house was equipped with plenty of items for the kitchen, bathrooms, games, water fun etc. We spent 95% of our time down on the dock which has a great seating arrangement, TV, and refrigerators. You could just stay there and never leave! Its location is close to alot of places to eat..as well and things to do. We took in several rounds of putt putt, visited a cave, went bowling, but it was always great to return to the house and take in the view from the house or dock! Can't say enough how pleased we were with this rental..highly recommend this home...was a 5 star for us! Thanks Russ!

Wonderful! So much better than pictures. Huge comfortable party dock complete with huge TV just steps from multiple doors to the home (not House). Kitchen had everything. Russ was available from check in to check out.

Perfect gathering spot for our large family

We loved staying at this house and property. It is beautifully situated on the lake, and the expanded boat dock with plenty of seating and decent shade for much of the day, is fantastic. The kids spent a lot of time in the water and jumping from the high platform. The swim ladders are robust and angled just enough to allow everyone to confidently get back on the dock. The kitchen is very well equipped, the open living space has multiple areas for sitting and dining. The large deck has more seating and a nice hot tub. A couple of notes for planning purposes—the very cute guest house does not have a bathroom, and some of the lower level bedrooms have heavy curtains instead of doors. This through us off at first, but it worked out fine. A little more about this location…it is a beautiful part of the lake that does not have a touristy feel. We had bald eagles circling above us and the fish were biting. Sometimes the boat dock rocked and rolled as power boats came through, but we got used to it, Russ had plenty of noodles and floats for us to use, and it did not hinder swimming. We rented a pontoon boat and enjoyed tubing and exploring the lake. We went to Bridal Cave (38 minutes by boat and a really nice cave) and then on to Ha Ha Tonka state park (another 20 minutes) to visit the Cold Springs—we anchored nearby—really neat. Hiking options easily accessible by water too. There were many restaurants that would have been easy to get to by boat—we just ran out of time to do it all. Finally, I will add that Russ is a great host who was very responsive as we had questions.

Wonderful stay…already booked for next year!

We had an amazing stay for our annual family reunion! This property was a perfect mix of quiet, relaxing and had everything we needed in order to enjoy our stay. We spent lots of time on the dock and in the water, on the beautiful deck and in the hot tub. Thanks for being so responsive, too! Can’t wait for next year!

Three generation getaway

Beautiful, comfortable house right on the water. Found a heron sleeping on the top of the dock at dawn. Amazing sunsets. Good place for seniors and all. Impressive amenities. Not a great neighborhood for walking. Would love to go back.

Excellent location and property

Awesome house with plenty of room for eight of us (4 adults and 4 teens). The house was clean and stocked with what we needed. It is also in a great location on the lake. The neighbors were great, too! The owner of the property was very accommodating and incredibility responsive to all questions and requests. I would highly recommend the property!

AMAZING GEM

This Property is way better than the pictures! The owner is that of everything and fit our large family perfectly. The all window view, access to the water and incredible dock area would have been incredible even if I didn’t have the access to the lake itself. The dock was perfect for hanging out, playing cards, swimming in the lake, and working out. The house was very big and could easily fit our family of 12 with additional space. We will definitely do this trip over & over again!!!

Wonderful Lake Home

We REALLY enjoyed our stay here. We were a family of 11 and there was PLENTY of room (and privacy) for ALL of us! We loved the house, and the dock! We spent a lot of time on the dock and in the water. And at night, it was really relaxing to sit inside and cool off, or just sit outside. The amenities included were amazing!

Wonderful stay

This house was everything we needed for an amazing Ozark vacation. It was so comfortable, easy to access, great location, amazing views. The layout of the house is so open and positioned perfectly to watch whats going on outside. This property is amazing!
