This beautiful detached villa is located right in centre of Dalyan town (Gülpinar Area). Located in a quiet/peaceful area and only 5 minutes walking distance to river, shops, bars and restaurants.
The villa comprising 5 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom is on the ground floor which is good for disable people to use; 2 twin bedroom and 1 double bedrooms are on the first floor which all bedrooms has en-suite bathrooms. On second floor(attic) there is a double bedroom with en-suite also. 10 people comfortably can sleep in beds. Cot and high chair is provided. The villa is fully air-conditioned and in the kitchen area water cooler is available. The villa has a fully fitted and well equipped open-plan kitchen on the ground floor and lounge with TV.
It is set in a private, walled, landscaped garden with a variety of interesting plants and fruit trees. There is a large (8,5mx4,5m) size private swimming pool and a sun terrace with sun loungers. There is also dining table in the terrace area for eating, drinking and sitting and an outside BBQ area. And villa has UNLIMITED WI-FI Internet Access.

P.S: Please do not forget that we have airport transfer service, car rentals and arrange boat trips. Currancy exchange service is available with same as post office rates!! Please ask for it!
