The apartment consists of a comfortable covered veranda at the entrance with access to a large living room with kitchenette and air conditioning, hallway, double bedroom, bedroom with double single bed and bedroom with bunk beds; full bathroom, with shower and washing machine.

The apartment is an excellent starting point to discover the east coast of Sardinia and the various beauties of Orosei, which has 17 km of varied beaches, pine forests, unspoilt nature and much more. The nearest beach is only 2 km away, also accessible by bike, or a few minutes by car.
