"The Fairfield Inn and Suites was fantastic. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Tucson. Check in and out was easy. We used the safety deposit box at the front desk while travelling and that worked out great. The breakfast, it was awesome. A variety of hot food was always available along with make your own waffles, cereal, hot oatmeal, fruit. More than enough to keep picky eaters happy (both young and old) Fernando the person who kept everything filled and hot was a great person to talk to as he was from the area and could give excellent suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. The housekeepers were great and kept everything neat and tidy and super clean. The bed was really comfortable and the room we chose had plenty of room for the two of us. The blackout curtains worked really well and we slept well which was a surprise to both of us. The pool was lovely but there was a broken umbrella and the trash didn't seem to get removed until it was super full. Where are the towels?? This is a really nice hotel in the foothills of the Catalina Mountains with a beautiful view from the pool deck. Definitely a good pick for the price."
